Kajal with Allu Arjun in Trivikram’s film
After Badrinath, Allu Arjun is gearing up for next project under the direction of writer turned director Trivikram Srinivas. The movie will hit the floors on July 3rd. Now the latest news is that Kajal Agarwal has been roped as the female lead role opposite to Allu Arjun for this flick. This is the second film for Kajal with Allu Arjun, earlier the duo worked for Arya 2 movie.
The movie will be produced by D.V.V. Danayya on Universal Media banner. More details of the film about cast and crew will be out soon. In the place of Kajal, earlier the movie makers are planned to rope Ileana as heroine in the film. But Allu Arjun was refused to work with Ileana after Shakthi movie flop. Apart from Shakthi flop, Ileana was also demanded Rs 1.25 crore as remuneration and additional Rs 40 lakh for other expenses. She also prefers Mercedes Benz car for dropping and pick up while in shooting. So finally the producers dropped Ileana and decided to go for Kajal.

On the occasion of the release of Allu Arjun's blockbuster "Badrinath", Mirchi had done an exclusive on air and website contest for its listeners to select a lucky few who could meet Allu Arjun at their studio. The innovative contest, titled "Meelo Badrinath-Mirchi Lo Badrinath", asked listeners to rewrite the title song track of "Badrinath" — 'Kannu moosthe Badrinath, kannu theristhe Badrinath' — changing all words except the word 'Badrinath' in every line.
The response to the contest has been overwhelming so far, reiterating the ever increasing popularity of both the star, Allu Arjun, and the station, Radio Mirchi.
In addition to meeting the lucky winners of the contest, Allu Arjun will interact live with Mirchi listeners between 4 pm and 5 pm, and talk about his experiences in filming the movie, the special effects, the path-breaking actions scenes, and of course the superhit songs and dances. Plus, a very Mirchi style interview of the Stylish Star by movie buff RJ Ghajini that will make it memorable to all fans and listeners alike.
"Badrinath", a big-budget flick in Tollywood, is one of the industry's most ambitious ventures ever. The story deals with the emotional struggle of a warrior guarding the famous Badrinath temple in the Himalayas, who is torn between the love of a girl and the trust and zeal of his teacher. Directed by V V Vinayak, the film's charbusting music has been composed by maestro MM Keeravani.
Allu Arjun refuses to work with Ileana
After Ileana's much talked about differences withNTR Junior post "Shakti", we hear, Allu Arjun has refused to work with her in a movie which he is all set to do with Trivikram Srinivas as the director and Danaiah as the producer .
Ileana, we hear, quoted a staggering `1.25 crore as remuneration plus an additional `40 lakh towards expenses.
Apart from the fat pay cheque she demands, her diva attitude is the subject of discussion. Industry folks allege that she always demands a Mercedes Benz to take her around while shooting. "She told us that it is her 'sentiment' to travel by a Mercedes Benz. She believes that if she travels in a Merc, the movie will be a hit. We believed her and gave her the car, but the movie bombed," a bitter producer said.
Bunny-surender reddy-geetha arts
Surender Reddy is presently busy with Jr.Ntr’s Oosaravelli, Tamanna is pairing opposite Jr.Ntr in this film. After the completion of Oosaravelli, Surender Reddy will start this project with Allu Arjun. The movie is expected to be produced under Geetha Arts banner.Surender Reddy earlier proved with his earlier film Kick. Hope, he will deliver the same for Allu Arjun’s flick too.
Allu Arjun pairs up with Samantha!
Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Badrinath has already hit the screens and is running in the theaters. Now, the actor is all set to join the sets of his next project shortly. Right now, the post-production works are under progress and the music sittings are being carried out under the supervision of Thaman.
Vasu Varma of Josh fame is the director of the film while Dil Raju will produce it under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The latest news that is making rounds is the gorgeous Samantha has been roped in as the female lead in the film. If the buzz is true, this would be the first time Allu Arjun will pair up with Samantha in a film.Lover is the title under consideration for the film.Samantha is currently busy in the shoot of her forthcoming flicks Dookudu and Eega.
Badrinath to put breaks for Allu Arjun’s FS!
Allu Arjun was once considered as the hero with golden arm. All his initial films were hits. Except Happy, which was a decent earner in few regions rest of the films in Bunny’s first five flicks were hits. However, his struggles started with Arya 2in which he played an eccentric role that didn’t go down well with the masses.
Although Arya 2 has cult following, it is too limited that the film ended up as a flop. However, well wishers of Bunny claim that it was commercial hit. But in fact it is not. Later Varudu proved to be the first major disaster in Allu Arjun’s career.
Vedam which was critically acclaimed was ended up as flop on the commercial front. With a row of flops Allu Arjun has taken big decision to do a film of Badrinath’s caliber. This film is one of the biggest budget films in Tollywood history. Allu Arjun hopes that this film would put breaks on his flop streak and get him back into winning ways. Let’s hope so.

‘Brindavanam’ fame Vamsi Paidipalli and PRP MLA Ganta Srinivas Rao are going to give a double treat to the Mega fans through a multi-starrer film with two amazing dancers from mega family. Yes! It’s true. For the first time Allu Arjun and Ram Charan Tej are in plans to start a film together. After listening the script narrated by script writer Vakkantham Vamsi, both gave their nod for being a part of the project. As per the sources, this multi-starrer film will go on floors in August.
