Allu arjuns first flop film varudu was financially hit at the releasing itself. The movie had grossed Rs.7.28 crores in its opening day itself. It was one of the biggest ever releases in Allu Arjun’s career. In Hyderabad alone, the film was released in 59 cinema halls including the multiplexes totaling 288 shows on day one.
